When will my order be processed?

Orders are ONLY processed Monday-Thursday with a cutoff of 11AM EST

Orders received after 11 AM EST will be processed on the next shipping day (orders placed after 11AM EST Thursday cutoff will be processed the following Monday exluding holiday schedule)

You will be notified via email or text once your order has been processed with tracking information or you can check the status of your order by logging into your account

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Carbon Neutral Service once processed

(Orders can take up to 5 business days to process however we strive to fulfill much faster)

Your order may thaw in transit however it is not long enough to compromise product quality, simply freeze upon arrival.  This is why we use UPS Next Day, so we can get your order to you as fast as possible.

Do I have to be home to receive my package?

In most cases the receiver does not need to be home for the package to be delivered.

However, this decision is left to the discretion of the carrier. If the carrier chooses not to leave the package, it is up to the receiver to make arrangements to pick up the order in a timely manner.

Super Bakery will not be liable for discarded orders, unusable product, or damaged product due to a delay or a failure of the receiver to pick up their order from the carrier.

What happens if I used an incorrect or incomplete address?

It is up to the customer and only the customer to ensure the accuracy of the information provided when ordering. PLEASE ENSURE THE ADDRESS INCLUDES APARTMENT NUMBERS OR OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION THAT IS NEEDED TO MAKE A SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY.

If a customer has incorrectly entered their address or failed to include a complete address (such as apartment number) they must contact superdonuts@superbakery.com or call our customer service number at 513-996-0333 as soon as possible to attempt to correct the issue.

Super Bakery will not be responsible nor issue refunds for delays in delivery, damaged or unusable product, due to incorrect or incomplete address.

Do you ship everywhere?

Unfortunately, Super Bakery cannot ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, nor outside the United States of America
